ARTIST BIO

When I was a young child, my family moved to Papua New Guinea for several years. We had a fabulous childhood, exploring, hiking, eating local delicacies, including grasshoppers! We swam and played our childhood away. The incredible colours of the sea, flowers, birds and butterflies and the wonderful faces of the local people have always stayed with me. I began to draw and paint, very limited by my age and the available tools. However, there were the small beginnings of a life long love of painting, whether it be a portrait of a loved friend or of a stranger, a landscape, or a still life - anything that catches my eye and a little of my heart.
